Welcome to Deespora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Deespora ("Deespora," "we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the Deespora mobile app.
We've written these in plain language wherever we could. If anything is unclear, email us at info@deespora.com and we'll explain it.
By creating an account or using Deespora, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
01 — The Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Deespora, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the app, whether you're browsing listings, submitting a business, or using the AI chat feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time — see "Changes to These Terms" below for how we'll handle that.
02 — Who Can Use Deespora
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the app.
- You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.
- You must use the app in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we'll take steps to close the account and remove the associated data.
03 — Your Account
User Accounts
- Signing up — you can register with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple.
- Keeping your account secure — you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Accurate information — please give us accurate account details and keep them up to date.
- One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to get around limits or restrictions we've put in place.
- Saving businesses — you can save or favorite listings to your account for easy access later.
- Claiming or submitting a business — if you're a business owner, you can submit a new listing or claim an existing one that belongs to you.
- Deleting your account — you can permanently delete your account at any time directly within the app, in your account settings. This removes your account and associated personal data from our systems.
04 — What Gets Published
Listings & Content
Business listings on Deespora are submitted by users like you and reviewed by our admin team before they go live. A few things to know:
- We don't guarantee accuracy. Listings reflect what was submitted to us. We review submissions on a best-effort basis, but we can't promise every detail — hours, address, phone number, services — is correct or current.
- We're not responsible for the businesses themselves. Deespora is a directory, not the business. We're not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or conduct of any listed business, or for any transaction or interaction you have with one.
- Admins may edit approved listings for accuracy, formatting, or to comply with our content standards.
- You're responsible for what you submit. By submitting a listing or any other content, you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it.
- We can remove content. We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these Terms, at our discretion.
05 — About Our AI Chat
AI Feature Disclaimer
Deespora includes an AI-powered chat feature that helps you find businesses by describing what you're looking for in plain language.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. AI suggestions are not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Please don't rely solely on AI responses when making important decisions.
Deespora is not liable for actions you take based on AI-generated content. Always verify important information directly with the business in question.
06 — What You Can't Do
Prohibited Conduct
To keep Deespora useful and trustworthy for the community, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading business information
- Create fake accounts or impersonate someone else
- Use the app to spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Scrape, copy, or extract listing data for purposes outside normal use of the app
- Misuse the AI chat feature — including attempts to manipulate it into producing harmful, abusive, or unintended output
- Interfere with the app's normal operation or attempt to circumvent its security
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Violating any of these may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination — see "Termination" below.
07 — Ownership
Intellectual Property
- We own the platform. Deespora owns the app, its branding, design, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our permission.
- You own your content. You retain ownership of the content you submit — business descriptions, photos, and other listing information.
- You grant us a license to use it. By submitting content, you grant Deespora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the app.
08 — No Guarantees
Disclaimers
Deespora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times, or free of interruptions, errors, or bugs
- Listing information, AI responses, or any other content will be accurate, complete, or current
- The app will meet your specific needs or expectations
You use Deespora at your own discretion and risk.
09 — Our Responsibility, Limited
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Deespora is not liable for any interactions, transactions, disputes, or experiences between you and a listed business.
- Deespora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
- Deespora's total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you've paid to use Deespora — which is currently zero, as the app is free.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10 — Ending the Relationship
Termination
- We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
- We can remove listings that violate these Terms or our content standards at any time.
- You can delete your account whenever you like — directly within the app, in your account settings. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.
11 — Legal Ground Rules
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12 — Keeping This Current
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use Deespora after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
