1. Business directory
- Deespora is a directory, not a business itself. We do not operate, own or manage the businesses listed.
- Many listings come from public data and are marked Unverified. A listing is marked Verified when its owner has claimed it and our team has approved the claim. Verified means the claim was approved, not that we endorse the business.
- Deespora does not endorse, recommend or guarantee any listed business, its products or its services.
- Information may be out of date or inaccurate. Hours, phone numbers, addresses and services change. Verify important details with the business.
- Deespora is not responsible for any transaction, dispute or experience between you and a listed business.
2. AI feature
- Deespora AI answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated.
- AI suggestions are not professional advice of any kind: legal, medical, financial or otherwise.
- Deespora is not liable for actions you take based on AI-generated content. Treat suggestions as a starting point for your own research.
3. Events
Events come from Ticketmaster, Eventbrite organizers and community submissions. Dates, prices and availability can change. Tickets are sold by the event organizer or ticketing provider, not by Deespora.
4. Third-party links and services
Listings may link to external websites such as a business’s own site, social media or ordering and ticketing pages. Deespora is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. When you use third-party services through the app, such as Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
5. Promotions and advertisements
Where Deespora shows promotions or sponsored content, it is sent on behalf of the advertiser. Deespora does not independently verify advertisers’ claims, such as discounts, availability or offer terms. You can turn off push notifications at any time.
6. Accuracy of information
Deespora makes no warranty that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or always available. Content reflects information provided by third parties, including business owners, community members and public data sources.
7. No professional advice
Nothing in the app, including listings, AI responses or community content, is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deespora’s liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you have paid to use it. The app is free, so that amount is zero. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
