Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Deespora account and data, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1: In the app

Open the Deespora app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately, with no waiting period.

Option 2: No longer have the app?

Email privacy@deespora.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line “Delete My Account”. We will process your request within 30 days.

Your profile, login credentials and saved items
Your notifications

What is kept

If you submitted a business listing, the listing stays in the Deespora directory because it is community-facing content, not personal data. It is disconnected from your account and can no longer be identified as yours. Some records may be kept for a limited period where we are legally required to.
